Funding Application under Resources for Regions (NSW State Government)

Business Sense was contracted to deliver the application for The Shortland Esplanade Infrastructure Project  under the NSW State Governments Resources for Regions Fund (1). Our team worked closely with project team in Newcastle City Council to develop an indepth Business Case complete with Cost Benefit Analysis demonstrating Return on Investment for the funding body. We also assisted with the application, compilation of supporting documents and graphic design of all documentation.

The Shortland Esplanade Infrastructure Project is for the rehabilitation of poor road and parking infrastructure, construction of a shared pathway and the revitalisation of related elements associated with the Newcastle Beach Pavilion and baths precinct directly east of the Newcastle CBD. The connection of shared pathway linking the Newcastle Beach Pavilion to the CBD is viewed as an integral part of the project to drive expenditure to the retail heart of the City.” Extract from the Business Case
